I am in 8th grade and he is too. Hes smart, gorgeous, funny, has a nice attitude, good manners, etc... But I already asked him out twice. Theres this dance coming up at my school, should I ask him to dance or should I play it cool so he can notice me? I AM CONFUSED! I NEED HELP!

There is a category for relationship advice, this is Dancing. Yes, I know it is a dance - but you will get better advice from a relationship coach than an artist, or a dancer.
My advice, you are just shy of stalking this guy. You already asked him twice - just let it go. Look all you want, smile, say hi. But I think he probably is not interested.

well first flirt with him a little let him know your interested. Im in eighth grade 2 and it works so take my advice. Ask him his interest, but when u flirt dont act stupid do it so he can tell you like him but that your not tryin to hard. Ask around with his friends and see if they can help you to find out if he likes you..And mayb ask him to go to the dance as friends and myb u can grow to b more than friends??? Good Luck

Yes you should ask him again he can only say no. Remember three<3> strikes your out so leave him be if he says no. There will be a lot
of other great people who will notice you let time take it's course and play it by ear.

Become his friend. That can't hurt, right. That way, when he sees you coming toward you, he'll be glad because you're his friend, instead of the girl that always asks him out. Once he's comfortable around you, he'll get to know you and then he'll be interested.

Well i am in the same grade u r and i like a guy like that too but i don't have the nerve to ask him out but u should ask him out wat is the worst he can say is NO

Play it cool. Chances are, he likes the fact that you like him... if you give off the impression that you're not interested anymore, you might see him coming to you...

get a friend to talk to him about you and ask her to say cool stuff of coarse. and then after that when the guy you like thinks you are cool, then ask him out. trust me i've tried it, it works.
