What attracts a woman to a man with money is the fact that she will always be taken care of and never has to worry about money matters. Also the ideal of a rich, handsome husband has been instilled in every female for as long as time. It has become a part of our nature.

Financial security, thinking maybe she won't have to fend for herself and knowing that he'll be able to take care of her material wants. It's not what i'd say a relationship should be based on but a lot of girls are like that.
