No. It is 2006. Both genders work together and they get high chances. There are some things going on here and there a little bit sexist but that's life. If there was a sex superior to the other than it would be male because they are allowed to do many things and have much more power over things because they are allowed to do many things.

In general, no - each gender has its own strong and weak areas: women can tolerate greater heat and pain than men, for example. Men have greater strength and mass. You would have to be more specific.
