I paid for a 15 SEER RUDD AC but got a 14 SEER instead?

I got an estement for a Rudd 15 SEER ac unit I paid about $5000 for both ac and heating units, but when I checked the the AC units print it said it only has a SEER of 14, I got ripped off, what should I do?
