pc trouble?

my pc keeps saying failed to intelize properly after safe mode whats does that mean?and how can i fix it

It means your boot.ini file or other system file is probably corrupt, try using last known good config. (f12 into advanced options menu)

try fixing it using your windows cd. Install once again.
