If you died right now, you wouldn't have to worry about it. I am 25, turning 26 soon, so I'm starting to realize mortality too. But it's going to happen sooner or later, so I try to focus more on your second question. Instead of life in general, you should probably ask "What is the meaning of my life?" Probably, you already have some sort of idea what you want from life. Once you figure that out, you'll probably find some meaning in it.

You shouldnt worry about death, as woody allen said:
I´m not afraid of death, I just dont want it to come.
(these are not the exact same words)
Man what a question what is the meaning of life, so hard to answer, im not religious, but it is a pretty good way to face the death.

It is my believe that your soul will hover for some time in a state of limbo either between us or a calm space , awaiting your return to a new baby to be born near your existing family , you will forget your past as the new baby absorbs all he new information in his new brain ... Beside that ,the family that you live will suffer with sadness for a very long time ... And the reason for your life, which is interwoven with the life's of so many is that your life will affect the life's of others ,their happiness and pain , you are very important to you and others .

if you died right now you would loose total consciousness, stop breathing & moving, and start smelling real badly because you messed your pants. but your spirit will go to heaven because you are handicapped, so my meaning of life is there is a good place to go after you die called heaven. (:
