I don't live in New Delhi. I live in the United States and here in my opinion, it is for punks who want to look cool and different fromm the crowd. In the end they look like foolish bafoons. If you want to look like that then go through the pain of getting your brows pierced.

Piercing is not that good for you.
Fashion, come and go but mutilation is for ever.
See if there is a stick on or clipped or clamped on rings.
