In a 28 day long period, a woman will ovulate on day 14. She is most fertile on days 12-15. If in doubt, try a home ovulation kit. And remember, any woman can ovulate a little later. Our periods actually come 14 days after ovulation, not the other way around.

You are the most fertile around day 14, so I woul dsay the third week of your period you are less fertile.

You are the MOST fertile beginning of the third week of your cycle, the first day of your period being the first day of your cycle.

it depends on the woman's cycle; no one has a perfect 28 day cycle, becareful if you're not using birth control.
if you want to become pregnant; ask the doctor!
