Black Books is f*cking brilliant. I totally agree with you. The sardonic, saracstic wit in that show is so f-ing funny. My fav. episode is the one when Bill Bailey's character accidentally swallows "The Little Book of Clam" - brilliant!

I have watched it on Dutch and Belgian telly, and on Channel Four when it ran in 2001. But never have I watched it and found it more of a delight, than when I watched the third series on your telly.
