Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep. Don't have too much sugar because this will make you hyper at first but then after that wears off you're going to be even more tired. Try to eat some fruit instead. Don't skip meals. Good luck!!!

First of all I can totally relate. I am working two jobs right now, which translate into 14-16 hour days. I have five children and also have to get ready for Christmas. With that said, the best thing you can do is to stop stressing about having a spotless house...your family comes to see you, not your house. I am sure they understand the long hours you have been putting in. As far as exhaustion...eat lots of fruit, especially apples. I have read that one apple has more reviving power than a cup of strong coffee. The final thing is get as much sleep whenever you can. If you play yourself out before the holidays are in full swing then you will be no good to enjoy Christmas with anyone. Take care and Merry Christmas.

I am a retired world class racquetball player. Pasta (not bread) is an energizer that most professional athletes use.
Of, course dehydration drains your energy, so drinking water is also important.
Sugar, as you know from experience gives you a few minutes of energy and then reverses and drains the rest of your energy.
When you drink caffeine, don't add sugar.
Meat makes you sluggish. Remember how sleepy and lazy you feel after a Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner?

When you go on your lunch break, take a 10 min "power" nap. The effects are the same as caffeine but obviously healthier. Taking a lot of caffeine, energy drinks and other stimulants gives you that extreme weak feelings after a while and which could result in anxiety attacks, seizures and other health problems. You could also do relaxation exercises to give you a mental boost. Depending on the individual, do a search for relaxation exercises and consult with your doctor before performing them.

Sleep. Get someone to help you clean--that will energize you.
Also, buy lots and lots of frozen dinners so you can nuke them when you get home. This is not the time to cook yourself a pot roast. Go for Healthy Choice because it's lower in salt.
Vegetables--eat lots of them. Not just salad either. Get some take out Chinese (w/o MSG) like Chicken and Broccoli, etc.
Try to keep your water intake up; that will help you as well, believe it or not.
I hope this helps--you can do this!
Best regards
