You will have to call your provider and provide them with all your information and account details for them to unbar the IMEI.

By the way, barring a phone is different than a phone being locked. You don't need your phone unlocked you need the bar taken off. It has nothing to do with the PUK code either.

Go to a market an dget it done for £5 or ring up your provider and it is usually about £15 to get some sort of code
