This person has to appear before Federal Court. I need information on how to attain his paper work on the web

You may or may not be able to do that. It depends on what federal jurisdiction you are in. Not all of them have the capability. Post a little more info and we can help you find out. Keep in mind, it might not be possible.

So far as I know, you cannot, unless you are a registered user through Federal Court system. You can, however, go ask to look at the file under United States of America v. (his name). A notice of sentencing will be in the paperwork. These are public records, altho the records clerk might try to pull a power play on you. They love their authority.
