Because it is quite simply nature's most perfect food, next to bacon of course. It's delicious and goes well with everything on the planet. Who doesn't like cheese????

cheese is good & its also a good alternative for people who dont like milk, but would like to keep a balence in their diet.

Because when it's melted on enchiladas, rice, beans, casseroles, Hoagie sandwiches, hamburgers and pizza, it's sooo good!
