Pain makes me fight it
Makes me determined it won't get me down

You mean engulf? Enfulge is a cool word but it doesn't have a meaning.

No, I don't embrace pain. I suffer it, deal with it, rail and cry, but no embracing.

Yes but only if it has a good outcome. Like during sex or escaping death...if I'm hurting and I know it's going to get worse then I'll fight it mentally.
