No. In fact, most high schools are so retarded, I'd encourage you to skip class and go do something useful. I graduated from a public HS and I'm embarassed to tell my drop out friends, since they obviously knew more than I did back then. I've also graduated from college, which I'm proud of. High School is for idiots.

Not that I know of. However, truancy (or continued absences) is illegal if you are under 18 in most states, and under 16 in many more.
