every woman is different, so pregnancy will affect every woman differently. my breasts didn't become tender until the second trimester when they started getting bigger. don't be concerned about not having enough symptoms, just hope you don't get morning sickness.

Totally normal, I have had 3 babies and each pregnacy was different, I didn't feel sick until about 7-9 weeks, I had tender breasts early on the 3rd time but not the first and second. The prominent breast veins and darkening of the areola are definite symptoms of pregnancy - you may find that you have more symptoms than you think, there are some minor ones, such as your mouth filling with saliva more often and a metallic taste in your mouth. Good Luck.

Hi,
Its normal, I had sore boobs and the blue veins, I am now 8 weeks and the veins are getting worse. I didnt feel sick until the last week, and the saying that if your not sick you have a higher chance of mc is not true either, I was not sick with my son and he was fine - you will probably notice next week that you start feeling a bit tired but dont worry as every women and pregnancy are different

It's totally normal to feel okay -esp. at week 5. With any luck, you'll feel good the whole time, but don't be surprised if you begin to feel some symptoms of pregnancy. Here's a link to the top 10. By the way, I'm on week 4 and no symptoms yet either (thank God)

Don't look for all the symptoms you read about in books. I have a 2 year old. I was lucky I never had morning sickness, my boobs were never sore, I never had cravings and my belly button never popped. Every one is different I know it's difficult but just relax and enjoy you're pregnancy. Now's the time to be pampered and looked after. You've got no chance when you're baby's born lol!!

Yes. Most symptoms won't start to appear for another week or two. Enjoy the break and try not to worry too much. Congratulations!

5 weeks pregnant is very early to be feeling anything. Try not to worry. You have a long way to go and if you worry about every little thing, it will drive you crazy!
