It has to be in the dimmer switch.

If your dimmer switch is on the floor, and operated by foot, then change that out also. It's not expensive and very easy to change out. My old cavalier (1989) had that problem, and that's what I've done.

sounds like the switch on the turn signal is bad, do your high beams work? If those do not work as well check fuses, and if those are ok, then sounds like a faulty switch. Check junk yard for another one.

Hi. There should be a relay somewhere in the fuse box. Try changing that :)
