Never good to leave pizza out. The cheese is the perfect breeding ground for bacteria. I would reccomend throwing it out, but if you insist on eating pizza that has been left out over night make sure you either nuke it really well or heat it completely in the oven.

It depends on the pizza, I've had some thats been on the counter for a couple days. Some was left longer, but it got too hard. It didn't look bad, or smell bad. I didn't eat that one. It also depends if flies, roaches or rats get to it, it can go bad immediately if a fly throws up on it or lays eggs in it. I guess if your homeless and its all you got, then you could eat it out of a trash can no matter how long its been out there and its not green or fuzzy.
