It depends on how big the purse is and how much gold is on it. I personally don't think that gold and silver don't go good with each other. But if the necklace isn't going to show much and the purse looks good, then you should wear it.

It depends on what your wearing if you wear something else thats gold in your outfit then it should look fine,but if not i don't think it will look really bad.If your going to a party then just try to match up the colours, if its just casual i shouldn't worry !

If at all possible I would not combine these two. I would try to match up metals for a more put together look.
