My last Birthday sucked. I didn't get any presents or even a cake. A couple people called me and said Happy Birthday, but the rest of the day I just sat around and had a pity party.

Let's not get too personal with that question!!!!! OH well.
On my birthday, I went skiing, had a small party for about 6 people, proceeded to drink Italian sweet Wine, Lambrusco, skii some more...sit around......at night.....(again....I won't get too personal) and, and and had more lambrusco. However, on most birthdays, I don't do much..maybe a dinner somewhere..or sometimes, flop on the lviing room couch and chat on the phone.
