Breast Implants surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

I would recommend waiting until you're done having children. Your body goes through many changes and your breasts may get bigger next time around. Mine jumped up two cups and 2 band sizes after my first and never changed throughout 4 pregnancies although the volume of course changes after I give birth and after I wean. My aunt had small breasts to begin with and she always reverted to her prepreg size after weaning. I have also considered implants to avoid that deflated look after weaning. The research I have done gave me a ballpark of $3500 to $7000 depending on where you live and the quality of the doctor. Of course you would want the most expensive, reputable doctor you can afford, and you may have to interview quite a few of them to find one you can trust. I'm sorry to say it but this is one of those things where you get what you pay for, and you have to do extremely careful research. It IS a surgery and it can take many weeks to recover, depending on your body and how quickly you recover from surgery. Good Luck

They're expensive.
If you get them done now, you're chancing that you won't be able to breast feed with later children. And just because your cup size went down with the first baby, doesn't mean that'll it'll do the same with future children...

I would suggest waiting until AFTER you are done having kids.

You CAN nurse with implants, but sometimes there are complications because of it. (too many ducts get cut or something and you have supply problems, etc.)

BUT.....your breasts will change again with each pregnancy and post-partum engorement. The skin will stretch, etc. Wait until you're done having kids so you don't end up wasting your money.

I thought a woman's breasts grew when she was pregnant? They shrink when she breast feeds? That's messed up. Ummm it'll cost you thousands of dollars.
