What are you talking about when you say "indians"
There are many many peoples labled just "indians" with more difference then if you labled everyone from Africa "black". WHich you might not have noticed but not everyone from Africa is "black".
As far as "Dark" goes it is a contrast. It is like saying water is Dark and Murky,.. compared to other Water and what people are use to getting from their tap it is Dark or Darker then,..
So the skin they are talking about is Darker then,... but I would need to know what your refering to as "indian" to complete that. The easiest route is the average skin they see,.. which that person may have Darker skin then what is being called Dark. But that is the beauty of not makeing things all Black and White XD

well, brown-skinned is brown-skinned. It is kind of dark. I'm brown skinned. It's not blavk, and not white. I guess maybe compared to themselves, or some people, it's dark.
