is it in which the video has some people sitting in a circle with torches, and some BIG white balloons kind of bouncing around and a guy with a really long cape blowing in the wind? There's guitars floating down a stream as well, I think and men walking on stilts. This stuff is in the VIDEO. Which song is it though?

i so want to be able to help, but you have completly stumped me on this one. It sounds though, as if it might be from Darkside of the Moon or even possibly Division Bell or a Momentary Lapse of Reason. I'm basing that strictly on the songs and images that could be associated with them. Do you know anything more about it, like year or something, or even if you recognize band members, because if Roger Waters isnt in there then its either A Momentary Lapse of Reason of the Divison Bell, from there that is, if he is then it narrows it down again, or the band might not be in there. If you can give a little more information regarding it I might be able to help some more. Sorry I couldnt help more.
