As long as your parents allow you to date them, yes. As for whether you can have sex with them, check your state's Statutory Rape laws.

Depends on if it's just dating or if sexual activity takes place, it's a felony if sex is involved and depending on what county the parties live in a prosocutor could get a preadatory convistion ruining the 18 year olds future, hope the parties involved think long and hard about the consequences
