blue.some resturants here dnt do it.but in france they are walked thru a warm kitchen & set on your plate.the feckers are still mooing when i eat them

Medium. And a good cut of steak. It makes a difference. Although, my roomie is a chef. A good cook can make a cheap cut taste good, but a bad one can ruin a great steak.

medium. And when I'm cooking, medium, means well,
medium!
But if I'm going to a restaurant, then i like it "medium well"...because that means i'll get it medium.
And if my hubby is grilling, i like it "rare", because THAT means I'll get it medium :)~
