Repair or replace that radiator, replace that leaky toilet bowl with a new one.
"Rigging" just leads to more and even BIGGER problems.

Unfortunately.. you did not explain the problem that you are having.. where is the leak? If it is near the floor, then the problem is that the WAX SEAL is "broken" and it would have to be replaced.... That is easy to do really.. NO>. PEPPER will NOT stop a leak in a toilet.... To replace the wax seal.. turn off the water to the whole toilet... flush the toilet... then remove the reservoir of the toilet.. then remove the bowl by removing(unscrewing) the four bolts that hold it to the floor.. Put in a NEW wax ring... reset the toilet bowl.. tighten the new screws and then replace the toilet reservoir and then turn on the water.... IF YOU HAVE any detailed questions on this.. GO TO HOME DEPOT and ask the plumbing guy there HOW to install the wax ring.. I always advise STRONGLY to get a GOOD wax ring and not the cheapest. Make sure that the guy you ask at the Home Depot(or Lowe's) is knowledgeable and if not, ask another one

Pepper is a temporary fix for a radiator in order to get it to the shop. It won't last forever. If your toilet bowl is leaking, it seems to me you'll unfortunately have to change your bowl if its cracked. I've never heard of anything that works to seal a leak on a bowl. Best of luck to you.....
