where to i get the "due to Audult Content, Parental discretion is advised" sound file?

I am making several videos for myspace, and i want either a video file with that or just the sould file.

I wanted it to have the authentic movie sound to it

You could make your own if you have a microphone, and use powerpoint for the words. Or you can copy the file from any dvd's you have that has those files. I wouldn't know where else to get them from.
