It sems like the latest great invention of all times besides the telephone is a Cell Phone.......Call the lady everyday for just a few minutes.! Happy Hols !

take i picture or try to ring if u cant do thathen it is ony for a week atfirst u wont be able 2 stop thinkin bout them but once u got accupied t week will be over nd plus u only have 2 brng uself wid u 2 not forget her cus im sure u could thnik of loads of memeries ur takin with u all the time for veer

Pictures and plenty of pictures and if you have a camera phone just cut up and have a good time so you can look at it while you're away and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Take a Christmas picture together, and then take it with you on your holiday vacation. Remind your friend you will only be gone for 1 week not forever.

I don't think a week is long enough to completely forget her and in your travels you will see things that remind you of her. But here's an idea away from all those lovely original answrs...burn a CD of songs that both of you enjoy.

I think you should bring a picture of her. That way whenever you miss her she can be right beside you. Also be sure to call her everyday to stay in touch and show her how much you miss her. Also, before you leave give her a BIG hug. When ever you miss her think of that hug. Good Luck! :-)

If you really need something to remind you of your best friend then maybe she isn't your best friend. The only friend??
I haven't seen some of my friends for years but all |I need is to do is remember some good, bad or funny times that we had and I can feel them with me wherever I am.

Why don't you borrow an item of clothing from her that you can wear whilst you're away. Like a jumper or jeans or something.

i would call her everyday or before you leave have some sort of object you both give to each other to remind you of her. like a bracelet would be good. well i hope you have fun on your vacation!
