ur question really doesnt tell us much. more info should be included. is it jammed in the up position, or down? if down, it might be from a busted spring inside. if i were u, i'd get a service manual for the bike before u start tearing into it if u plan on wrenching it urself. the manual needs to be specific for that bike. a sportster manual wouldnt help u with ur problem.

The right hand side is easy to take apart. Take the srews out and look in side to see what may be broken. If you need to go any further then you may need help. For now just push it, jump on and let oout the clutch.

Yeah in case you do not understand what your doing then it continuously helps to reveal screen somebody else start up a motorbike. also each motorcycle is different and that all of them look to have there own personalities at the same time as placing out. maximum motorcycle too start up harder if in any respect if in equipment and the seize is in.

When this happens to me, I get a girl to start it. Bikes love women, who are good luck. Also, she'll get a kick out of it. No pun intended.

your return spring is broken, its a simple job. remove your clutch cover and replace the spring (half hour job)

take the kick off and try to see if it is ctching on anything

more than likely your motor froze up and not the kick starter, get your wallet out.
