Why would it be a problem? you knew what your wife looked like before you both got married so why should it make a difference just because an actress on the TV resembles your wife?
If you love her then its because of the way your wife looks and also the personality so why would this make a difference?
Its only a problem if you are looking for it to be

Frigging hell!? really? you mean the Boring drab wet weekend that is Emily Dingle? my god!! are you joking? lol!! if that gets your beef? try seeing how your wife would feel if you told her, im telling you insulted wouldnt be the word to describe her disgust!
What do you mean? Is this a problem? you are with her arent you? and if you thought that much of wifey, you wouldnt be that insensitive!!
If you cant bear the humilation, tell her, possibly tell her its over, something tells me you wouldnt leave her for that reason would you?

OMG no! I think she is sexy. Watch Emily when she moves, there is a fabulous body hidden under them baggy clothes. Anyway my Granddad said, "Looks don't last, cooking does"

Why is this a problem? I'm sure that your wife's looks didn't just change overnight and it wasn't a problem when you married her so just deal with it
