I believe you can use MusicMatch Jukebox to convert mp3s to WAV files, and you can then use Sound recorder to reverse the song, thereby creating a "backward" copy of the song. It might also be worth looking into mixer software (the kind you can get for free), as I do not believe the software you mentioned has the capacity to run songs backwards.

No, you can't using those programs. Sorry. I'm sure you can find DJ-like programs online somewhere that will let you do this. I used to have one a long time ago, but I forget what it was.
