You said you and the babies' father were tested, but have the babies been tested? There has to be a reason for the hospital's insistance. What does your pediatrician say?
As far as their growth, they are actually above the chart's guidelines for their age. Here's a website that explains growth charts and has a length-to-age and weight-to-age chart that you can use to plot and track their progress. Good luck to you!!

it is a ways too large! My daughter is 7 months previous also. She became born round 33 weeks at 7lbs 13 oz.. and 21 inches lengthy(kinda large then). Now she is 15 lbs and 27 inches. She eats 2 jars of 2d level infant nutrition and 16 oz. of formula (all day). some days she will be able to devour a touch more desirable yet it is an hardship-free. i do not decide everybody because all infant's and pediatricians are different yet my daughter's pediatrician says no longer to provide infant's lower than 9 months any dairy because it may bring about iron deficiency. I element out this using cottage cheese. also pudding is specifically sugar which will make your nephew income weight quickly. If there's a way that you'll kindly inform you sister that he has more desirable than stuck up in his weight income you ought to opt to finish that before this motives wellbeing topics later on down the line.
