Some women find some of the men presenters attractive, and some men do not find that with the women.
It is a matter of taste, isn't it?
Perhaps (or am I being cynical?) it has a lot to do with ratings?

Because women are considered old in their late 30's and men are considered distinquished. For the same reason men lust after girls in their twenties and shy away from women in their late 30's. Youth in women is more desirable. I say women marry in your twenties because you will get hell trying to find a man in your 30's and if you find one he may be a pervert, weird, have emotional issues and if you do find a good one, congradulations.
