how do you "view" recent history in windows Internet explorer 7?

Go to > Tools > Internet options > you will see browsing history then click on settings and view files.

Tools>Internet Options>under browsing history click Settings>View Files

Click on the favorites star on the left hand column, then select history on the right side of that bar
