Probably. Most animals can swim. Even if they dont like it (like cats)
One of the few that cant are pigs. Because of the length of their legs they hit their chins with their trotters and split their heads open! Strange but true.

I don't think they would have any need to as they live in arid landscapes and they are kinda tall anyway so it would have to be a very deep area of water they needed to cross before they would need to be able to swim - so I cant imagine them having developed the ability to do so.

i heard once that every mammal has the ability to swim, except the giraffe. don't know if thats true tho
