It might be a good idea then the people who insist on asking 'adult' questions and answering in an 'adult' way could go on it. The 13/14 year old youngsters who enjoy questions would be free from answers that are too 'adult' for them.

No. Because there would be no way that you could police it effectively.
If by over 18 you mean there should be sexually explicit questions, ones with offensive language, etc......what is particularly ADULT about that?
Ypou say you cannot see why there shouldn't be.

that sounds like a good idea- one problem though. regarding some of the folks on here, and seeing as this is online, you can't automatically tell whether or not they are kids posing as adults and of whom some of them are posting stupid answers and questions

Yes there should and all those vile people with pornographic pictures on there ID and ones who want to use disgusting language. Let them all be together and let decent people trying to answer questions appropriately not have to see or read there vile questions unless they wanted too.

I'm afraid if there were to be such a section, the Q and A would be more explicit than they already are, and all the kids would be on it anyway.

Probably cause you can be sure that everyone who was in there would be under 18.
