No, don't dye the dog! Just shave her like a poodle and call her Kitty, that should definitely help with the identity issues.

If you want to be really nice to your sisters dog,See what color she likes best.Put a little food into several different colored bowls. The one she eats out of first is the one color she likes.It is true that dogs are color-blindd but not all of the are.Terriers tend to not to be color blin,and if an animal is color-blind,they see black,gray,white in different tones.Making it seem like it isnt color-blind.

yeah all dogs are colourblind. i think they can see blue pretty well though. get her blue tinted glasses!!!
