i am guessing your parents are at work and you can not go outside so try finding online sites that help other people. It may be a medical condition that prevents you from leaving home but there is plenty to do.
go to xerox and click on the link to thank a soldier-this allows you to send a card to a soldier to say thank you for all that they have done.. xerox prints the card and sends it to the soldier. you can even create a card to add to the collection
go to the campbells website and find labels for food and vote for your favorite team. help fight hunger.
start keeping a journal and make your first (if only line) a reason why you are thankful that day.
If you are religious read the book of choice for your religion. focus on the values and morals of your family. pray
if you enjoy writing you can search online for writing classes and start earning money for your college tuition
If you like money (& what teen doesnt?) you can go to online sweepstakes.com and find contests that you can enter-with your parents permission that will allow you to win prizes.
You know what you like to do-find something online that corresponds to it.
I think you are bored online because you have went to all of the websites intended for 13 year old girls-branch out and gain some skills
go the Microsoft website and take the tutorials for Word, Excel and Access; then maybe over the summer you can find a part time office job; typingtest.com will allow you time your typing speed and even give you a certificate to hang up.
if you are not a home for medical reasons exercise for at least 30 minutes per day. 45 minutes to an hour is better for at least 3-4 days per week
also consider cleaning up the house; wash the windows once a week, dust the blinds or drapes, mop the kitchen and bathroom, sweep/vacuum the floors, etc

There are so many things out there for young persons like you to do!
Since you spend much time on the computer, get on your city's/community's local Web Sites and look under recreation activities for young girls and boys. Visit their actual activity centers, evaluate them and select one or two that will fit your needs and liking; then, ask your parents to help you join the activities you have selected and give them a try. If they are not what you expected them to be, select and visit some more until you find what you are looking for and it will make you happy. The bottom line is GET INVOLVED and BE HAPPY!
Good luck
