If it's banned yes. You could get a computer usage ban for example. If you are going to use it make sure you won't get caught.

Even though students have the right of free speech in a school, the school has the right to limit your ability to look at things to information that has a legitimate educational purpose. At my school, MySpace is defined as not having an educational purpose.
If you don't know the rules, ask about them. Or be prepared to say ...But I didn't know. That only works the first time though.

You can at my school, but I think it depends on the school's policy. I am unsure about high school, but I know the high-schoolers get on anyway. Also, some schools have a website blocker so that you can't access websites on their list. I have gone around the website blockers before, but it requires some computer knowledge that you don't acquire everyday, lol, and it is troublesome to do it cause you don't have a normal screen, it's all text. Anyway, if you ask one of the computer teachers, then I'm sure they can tell you. I hope that helped!

Well, my school blocks it, but if yours doesn't, you probably can get in trouble. But go for it anyway! We have rights (free speech) and as long as you aren't doing bad things on it, there isn't a problem.
