Zechariah I love! my son is Zachary but was almost Zechariah. James (for my dad) went better with Zachary. Leland is too close to my last name (only one letter different) so to me it sounds like a last name. They do sound good together though: Zechariah Leland. Good Luck!

I like Zechariah more than Leland. I know a couple of guys who are named Leland and they got teased for their names from childhood to adulthood still.

Zechariah is fine... but I wouldn't go with Leland. You should always try and remember that one day the child will be made fun of for SOMETHING... and I would never want it to be because of what I named him.

I have never heard of Leland but I think it is unique and beautiful! Zechariah, well its a nice name but kids would make fun of him. Thats what happened to a boy named Zechariah in my school.

I'm not hot on Leland but Zechariah is a nice name. how about Joseph or Joshua or James or Kaitlyn or James.
