Hi,
Well needing to go to the loo all the time even during the night was a give away for me even before my period was due, feeling really tired, having achy boobs and feeling like you are actually going to have your period, constipation, the list is endless lol, there are lots of sites on the web to check with, but the only way you will know for sure is to test

There is no sure way to know you're pregnant without a pregnancy test. Because the symptoms of pregnancy (missed period, breast tenderness, tired, etc.) can be other things.

will i didn't know i was pregnant till i did the test, and thats because i was one of the lucky ones that didn't feel the stuff you feel when you are pregnant. like throwing up, dizziness. the only thing that helped me out was that i didn't get my period, but the first time that i did the test it came out negative but i guess i didn't have that much hormones on my urine.

sickness is the mornings you nausated when you wake up, and in 2 months you start to show a little but beer belly, if you are 5 months to 6 months you get fat, gain weight, and 4 months pregnent you feel sluggish and draiined, and but the first month and 2nd you do feel sick in the mornings,If you do feel sick in the mornings, Eat plain crackers as soon as you wake up in the mornings, cause the crackers settle your stomach before you put your feet on the floor

Well you won't know for sure unless you wait for the signature stomach several months down the road and of course labor. All of the symptoms can be from other causes...

Actually you can't. All the signs for pregnancy can be signs for other things too.

You d-d-d-d-don't. Unless you have both telesopic AND x-ray vision and can see inside your tubes to see if the egg was fertilized.
Besides, x-ray vision has alot of radiation which isn't safe anyways.
