I have called my Dr......So now thats out of the way.......I think I conceived on 12-10~~~~12-13 ?? Somewhere in there..........Took pregnancy test........Obviously a negative.....to early........The only weird thing I feel is cramps......Faint period like cramps.........Today Im extra thirsty.........I am soooo scared, because I just had a miscarriage on 10-31-06..... Is cramping normal after a D & C ? Is it possibly implantation happening ? When the sperm meets the egg, and it travels to the uterus, how long usually---as a norm.--- does it take ? Is the cramping from my tubes (implantation), or has the egg ( IF pregnant ) gone to my uterus by now, and that is causing some faint cramping ?

When I suspected that i was pregnant with my son i had cramping that was worse than a menstral cramp. My doctor wanted to do a blood test to check and see if I was pregnant because it will show up in your blood before it will show up in your urine. The egg should have travelled to your uterus by now but there is always a possibilty that it could implant in the tube. if that's what you suspect may have happend go back to your doctor and have them check to make sure that it's not in there.

If you really believed that you conception was during that time frame, it is probably too soon to be feeling implantation cramping. From most of the literature I have been reading on implantation, it takes anywhere from 7-10 days after conception for the egg to be implanted in the uterus. But I did read on a website called fertility friends that it could occur as early as 5 days. If you conceived on 12-10 and it is 12-16 today, it is very possible. I do know that you cramp after a D&C cut it has been over a month so I really don't think it is from that. I am hoping so bad it is implantation but the best thing to do is try and be pateint (hard, I know trust me I know) and see what happens over the next few days. You should be do for a cycle within the next 1.5 weeks and I pray it does not come. I am not sure where you live, but in the states the dollar stores sell the pregnancy tests for a dollar each and they do work. My co-worker found out she was pregnant this past summer and used it 2 days before her cycle was due. I would go and buy a few just in case you may need to test more than once. It sure is a lot cheaper than buying the name brands for $8.00 or more a pack. I really hope this helps and again, good luck and many ARMFULLs of baby dust to you!

You can have cramping after a D&C but probably not this long after. I think you are worrying about this too much. I completely understand though because I was like this when I was trying to get pregnant the first time (after a miscarriage), worried about every little thing and wanted to know what was happening. What you have to do though is just try to be patient for at least couple of more weeks and then see if a preg test is positive. By then, it will have implanted and you will know things are ok. There isn't much you can do before then except try to relax, think positive, and wait.

Wow.
Relax dear. Cramping is normal whether you're pregnant or not. Just be patient and wait until you actually miss a period. All this guessing is just going to drive you crazy. It's probably nothing.

You're not going to be feeling any symptoms 3 DAYS after POSSIBLE conception. It's possible the sperm hasn't even fertilized yet if it ever will.
