You can download the drivers here...

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=5&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#RTL8111B/RTL8168B/RTL8111/RTL8168

After you download the drivers.. try this first... Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel and click on the icon for System... Click on the hardware tab then click on the device manager button. Go down to network devices and click on the plus to expand the listing right click on your device and uninstall it.

Once uninstalled go up to the actions on the menu above. Select scan for plug and play devices and it should reinstall your card. If not install the new drivers you downloaded.

step1: go into your control panel, go to the section that says ethernet cards or whatever the connection type you are using.
step 2: Locate the device that it is and right click it, it should come up with a choice, one of them is to delete it. Do so.
Step 3: Restart your computer, and don't do anything, make sure your cables are plugged in and the modem is on. let me know if it works...
Your operating system comes with device drivers that will install the proper device driver for your product.
