I figure you mean "people", not "peolpe"?? You cannot generalize and ask a question such as yours. It shows that you have no education, no manners, amongst other things.
South American people are still people; there's good people and evil people in every place in the world. Most people are good-natured, well-meaning. Unfortunately, there are many bad seeds out there in the universe.
