When people in the barbaric countries that practice it are intelligent enough to realise the flaws in their own societies not to mention legal systems.

Poor little naive children. Is capital punishment horrible? I don't know. What I do know is that Timothy McVeigh will never kill dozens of babies in a nursery again.

Let's see what you say if someone kills one of your loved ones. Then you'll be on Yahoo! answers asking us, "Why are they trying to end capital punishment, don't they care about the victims or their families?!?!?!"

It will never end because the majority of people feel that it should not. Also, even if our courts no longer impose it, vigilante justice will still go on.

then they must forfeit their own life
