we have a car that has a film on the out side of the head lights that won't come off, makeing them look fogy. dose eanyone have an idea as how to clean them to look like ner new??

The problem here is the Lexan® lenses are subject to "sunburn" just like we humans.
There are products that promise to rectify the cloudiness, but I am skeptical.

Use a hairdryer to make the adhesive soft, then pull it off. The adhesive left behind can be cleaned off with a solvent.
