For example: Instead of saying to someones's comment, You are Dumb ***....you say..I'll take that under advisement. I'm looking for a collection of sayings like this.

What I'm looking for are sayings and what these sayings are called. Like in business, instead of saying, You are a dumb MF" You say something politically correct. Or like in Seinfeld, when George's Dad tried to manage his anger, he was told to say "Serenity Now!" whenever he felt like exploding LOL

I believe the word you are looking for is euphemism. Like saying passed away instead of croaked.

I always like, "I never thought of it that way." or "Well, that's an idea." You're not really evaluating what they're saying so it could be taken positively or negatively.

If someone offers unsolicited or bad advice, you could say, "Thanks for your concern. I'm going to think about what you said."

Not sure if that's the type of thing you're looking for, but I hope it's helpful!

You seem to have made a mistake.
I'll consider the possibility.
That's an interesting way of looking at it.
Thanks for sharing.
I appreciate your input.
