Actually, you can not fight with her, and that will help a lot.
There are studies that prove that a mothers prenatal diet does not effect the health and development of the baby.
How she ate and what viatmins she took BEFORE getting pregnant, and before she KNEW she was pregnant were the most important things during pregnancy. Including folic acid, which is used by the baby to develop the spinal column and vital systems in the first 6 weeks of develpment (before she is even really late for her period.)
The baby will leech anything it needs from her body, whether she eats it or not, even so much as to take calcium from her teeth if its found no where else. This means her body will not have what it needs to replenish and rebuild and protect itself. Baby first, itself last, thats how her body functions while pregnant.
Its important for HER to eat healthy, but not for the baby. Its so she can be strong and rebound and be healthy after the baby is here. If she doestn eat well, it will make her recovery harder, and she risks malnurishment and bigger problems like a loss of bone density and a poor immune system. But those are extreme cases, usually only found in non-industrialized nations.
It is unhealthy for her to yell and scream and cry and get herself all worked up, this causes her blood pressure to raise, which is dangerous to the baby (deprives it of oxygen) and hurts her health, and can lead to preclampsia and placenta previa. In the early stages of pregnancy the stress of repeated constant fits can result in a risk of miscarriage.
So, dont pick fights with her, buy her some chocolate, and rub her feet. Its better to be her friend right now, and keep her calm, than to try to change her.

Pregnancy is a stressful time and a joyous one. Try to keep the yelling and stress to a minimum as you dont want your blood pressure to be going up and down all the time. This is more harmful to you and the baby than the yelling. You are also very hormonal. This is a good thing and it is supposed to happen. It will do it again after the baby is born. You are over tired and your body is being taxed trying to grow a new life. Eat healthy, get exercise, and if you feel the need to cry- do it. Crying relieves tension and this is good for you. There are also other more fun remedies and you know what they are (your pregnant- thats proof). If you are having trouble getting comfy enough to sleep there is a pregnancy pillow sold at JCPenney that is wonderful. It supports you and your growing belly so you can finally get that much needed sleep. If you cant handle the pre-natal multi-vitamins ask your doctor about Flintstones vitamins (seriously). Now, daddy. Daddy, Mommy is super emotional right now. Whatever Mommy wants, Mommy gets. She is very busy growing a new life and it is going to put a lot of stress on her body. The baby will take away nutrients, make it nearly impossible to sleep at times, and make her want to cry. BE NICE! You will make a great daddy if you remember one simple rule: If Mommy isnt happy, no body is happy. :)

Was your gf moody before here pregnancy? No its not good for her to be upset all the time it does affect the baby. As for eating healthy, you cant make her eat veggies if she never liked them before I hope that she is taking her vitamins at least, Eating grease and junk food is not a good thing for her or the baby. Plus the weight she gains will be even hard to take off if its unhealthy weight, I m pregnant with my third and 38 yrs old. Eating healthy helps to have a healthy baby, during and after pregnancy.

Im 8 weeks and really hormonal and moody with everthing and everyone, its just a phase and will pass, just try to be understanding to your gf. As with eating veg, if she really does not like it best she can do is to take extra vit tabs

she is hormonal. I actually yell sometimes now, whereas I never did before. And crying, yes, very noraml.... I don't know what 'aginced' is supposed to be, but you can't make her like veggies... try taking her to booster juice for those healthy juices

How old are you? I don't think you should get or have a girlfriend if you cannot spell ''vegetables''
