Compare in vitro fertilization with the usual course of events in human reproduction.

in vitro fertilization is where they implant embryos into a womb (not nessecarily the mothers!). So basically the only difference is the sperm is put into a ajar dish with the eggs to fertilise, then the fertilised egg (embryo) is implanted. hopefully u no how the sperm and egg normally gets together in normal sex :)

Giving mother nature a little push for some folks that can't conceive on their own that want to have babies.
