She would be in her late '70s, assuming her health wasn't destroyed in Buchenwald and died young. Most likely, living in Germany; contrary to most assumptions her family wasn't Dutch. They moved to Holland after the Nuernberg Laws became too much to bear in Germany. It's also most likely we would've never heard of her, as I'm sure she would never have released her diary for publication. Her father,the sole surviving member of the Frank family found it, and published it.

She'd be lecturing on the atrocities of the Holocaust,having written about it. She would have started an organization that
would try and bring peace to the world by condemning the
situations such as the crisis in Darfur and the bombing of Israel.
She would probably have a Nobel Peace Prize and would have
been Time's Person of the Year.

I believe she would have been an author and be writing about her experiences in the concentration camps during the holocaust and the time of World War II.

That would depend on her health as she would be 77 years of age now. Hopefully she would be making people aware that the Holocaust actually did happen, as there are a few who are questioning that.

Living in Israel, publishing books. And metaphorically speaking, she IS alive - you can't kill a legend or a martyr.
